DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF PERFORMED MODERNIZING WORK
The list of replaced original parts:
- shaft,
- suction rotor,
- rotors driven balance disk (analysis of the balance system change),
- counter balance disk,
- neck rings,
- interstage sleeves,
- bushes, bearings,
- O-rings,
- Labyrinth ring,
- screws,
- protective washers,
- new sealing system.
After performing the work, the pump was subjected to tests on the test bench of the manufacturer at 100% of the rotational speed.
