Single-stage centrifugal suction pump is intended to pump contaminated and process water as well as contaminated crude sewage. The pump is intended for both continuous and interrupted work.
Thanks to the cooling jacket the pump can operate wet and dry without the necessity of cooling the engine.
The three-channel rotor is suitable for pumping liquid with particles up to 120 mm. The adjustment system of the rotor gap SmartTrim allows maximum pump efficiency throughout its lifetime.
The pump was dismantled from the workplace and taken to the Service Center to verify its operating condition and repair.
DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF PERFORMED MODERNIZING WORK
Service operations included:
- maintenance of the electric motor winding of the pump through cleaning, drying, and impregnation of the winding,
- replacement of consumables,
- abrasive blasting processing of the hydraulic rotor of the pump,
- rotor regeneration using composite materials Belzona,
- balancing the impeller with the pump rotor,
- replacement of the cooling jacket water sensor,
- replacement of the set of sensors (humidity sensor, temperature sensor).
- After the overhaul the pump was delivered and mounted in the workstation.
The pump was started and tested for 72 hours.
