Vertical multi-stage centrifugal in-line pump, to be built into the pipeline or set in the foundation slab. Boiler feeding pump.
Before the beginning of technical verification, the pump was subjected to tests on the test bench. The results indicated 50% loss of hydraulic efficiency (see attachment below)
Later the mechanical verification of the pump was performed.
DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF PERFORMED MODERNIZING WORK
The replacement of the following elements was found necessary:
- mechanical sealing
- repair set of the rotating system
- set of O-rings
- lower body
- bearing chambers
- damaged rotors
- motor bearings
