Grundfos NB pumps are not self-priming, single-stage centrifugal pumps with the spiral body and axial suction nozzle, radial pumping nozzle and horizontal shaft.
NB type consists of pumps with a short clutch, whose main dimensions are according to both EN733 and ISO2858.
DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF PERFORMED MODERNIZING WORK
The overhaul of the monoblock pump NB 80-315/305A-F-A-GQQE supplied by Grundfos included the following service operations:
- replacement of mechanical sealing of the pump,
- shaft replacement,
- replacement of motor bearings,
- securing the rotor with belzona composites, restoration of painting coating,
- pump test on the test bench, pump assembly,
- pump commissioning,
- electrical measurements.
