Wilo NL80/315-11-4-12 pump

Overhaul of the pump Wilo NL80/315-11-4-12 – ice water system
Worn bearings caused increased energy consumption of the pump. Exceeded limitation of energy consumption caused its turning off, generating more noise (loud operation) and exceeded the vibration level.

DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF PERFORMED MODERNIZING WORK

• pump cleaning,
• technical verification of the rotor,
• technical verification of the shaft,
• replacement of mechanical sealing,
• body sealing replacement,
• replacement of motor shaft bearings,
• replacement of pump shaft bearings,
• clutch adjustment,
• inspection of pump shaft rotation slack.

After completing the overhaul of the pump, the following operations were performed:

• laser alignment of the pump shaft (using OPTALIGN smart system of Prüftechnik),
• measurement of vibration according to ISO 10816 by means of the system VIBSCANNNER of Prüftechnik. In the gallery we present:
