Modernization of industrial sewage pumping station (ash fractions) for EC Karolin in Poznań – Veolia.
The old, worn pump manufactured by POWEN Wafapomp was dismantled from the workstation.
The necessary construction works connected with the removal of the existing foundation and construction of new foundation for the new pump unit were executed.
The pipelines were unified in order to adjust the workplace to the assembly of the new pump unit.
The steel frame was constructed in order to mount the pump on the new foundation.The new pump unit was mounted, manufactured by TOYO, type: VH15-HF, horizontal, with electric motor 11 kW 3x400V 1450 rpm.
For power supply of the pump unit, the industrial supply cable was led – H07RN-F (OnPD) 4G10 450/750V and the necessary modernizations in the pump unit control cabinet were made.
Electrical measurements were performed after completing the assembly works.
