Wymiary główne i osiągi pomp są zgodne z DIN EN 733 i DIN EN 22858.
Korpus pompy jest wykonany z wytrzymałej walcowanej i ciągnionej stali nierdzewnej DIN EN 1.4404.
Płyta tylnia wykonana jest ze stali walcowanej DIN EN 1.4571.
DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF PERFORMED MODERNIZING WORK
The overhaul of the Grundfos pump 65-250L included dismantling of the pump from the workstation to perform maintenance activities and its re-assembly at the place of its operation.
After dismantling the pump from the workstation and verification of its operating condition, the following operations were performed:
- replacement of motor bearings,
- replacement of pump bearings,
- replacement of mechanical sealing,
- replacement of the of O-rings,
- replacement of the spacer and sealing ring,
- replacement of the sealing seat.
After performing the above maintenance operations, the quality control was performed, including:
- pump test on the test bench
- engine electrical measurements,
- adjustment
