Planned overhaul of the pump NK 150-200/218-208 – ice water system

DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF PERFORMED MODERNIZING WORK

After dismantling the pump, the following operations were performed:

• pump cleaning,
• sand blasting of painted elements,
• technical verification of the device,
• replacement of motor shaft bearings,
• replacement of pump shaft bearings,
• replacement of mechanical sealing,
• restoration of painting coating of the pump body,
• inspection of pump shaft rotation slack,
• assembly of pump in the workstation,
• laser alignment of the pump shaft (using OPTALIGN smart system of Prüftechnik).NK 150-200/218-208/AW/BAQE/2/15/4
