Modernisation of the fire water pumping station for Elewator Sp. z o.o. in Koronowo.
DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF PERFORMED MODERNIZING WORK
The pumps, fittings, and elements of hydraulic pipelines inside the hydrant pumping station were dismantled as well as the existing supply and control switchboard.
New monoblock LFP pumps were mounted, type: 100PJM200 soft packed DS, equipped with 22kW, 3x400V electric motors.
Each pump is equipped with the set of fittings.
The interior of the pumping station was subjected to thorough cleaning.
The new supply and control switchboard ZSR 1 was equipped with the necessary electrotechnical fittings.
The switchboard was equipped with the set of switches and lamps signalling operation / fault of the pumps.
The pumps well as pressure switches, electric heater and RZS1 cabinet were wired.
Power was supplied to the electric installation inside the pumping station and the existing lighting installation.In order to guarantee the optimum conditions for the devices an fittings (decreased humidity), the pumping station room was equipped with the electric heater and the natural ventilation installation was made.
After completing the assembly works, pressure tests of the installations were performed, the pumps were deaerated and the current protection setting were checked.
The indispensable measurements of electric installation were made, the water level in the fire protection reservoir was supplemented, after which the pumping station was commissioned.
