The project included dismantling, overhaul and assembly of the cam pump from the titanium white installation. The overhaul was executed in our service center in Rydzyna. The overhaul was necessary due to the wear and tear of pump elements which occurred as a result of the operation.
DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF PERFORMED MODERNIZING WORK
Installation: titanium white
Mechanical sealing and hydraulic elements were worn. The scope of the overhaul included:
- replacement of bearings,
- replacement of cams,
- replacement of mechanical sealing,
- replacement of the set of sealants and O-rings,
- oil exchange in the gear unit.
After the overhaul the painting coating was restored and after testing the pump was delivered to the customer.
The pump efficient and commissioned for further operation.
