Overhaul of piston pump operating on the installation of the filter press
DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF PERFORMED MODERNIZING WORK
We performed the overhaul of the piston pump regarding:
- replacement of plungers sealants
- replacement of valves and valve seats
- planning the head, body, suction and discharge flange by a CNC milling machine
- replacement of the set of sealants and O-rings,
- regeneration of the emergency valve
- securing elements with an anti-corrosive layer
- restoration of the painting coating
- assembly on the workstation with commissioning
