In normal operating conditions, vibrations, noises and excessive power consumption indicate wear.

At least once a year the pump should be decommissioned and the cooling system must be precisely cleaned

Check the bearings temperature. The temperature of bearings must not exceed 90°C (measured outside on the bearing housing)

Check the elastic clutch elements. In case of signs of wear, choose proper elements at the right time and check their alignment.
