Laser alignment of instruments we perform at Pompax aims at finding and preventing their further damage, decreasing the wear of clutches, bearings and sealing, decreasing energy consumption even by 10%.

The alignment services of Pompax Service Center include the following activities:

Measurement of axiality of tools by means of non-contact laser technology – parallel and angular measurement

Decreasing the wear of clutches, bearings and sealings

Decreasing energy consumption even by 10%

The measurement of coupled and non-coupled shafts

Results independent of possible clutch damage

Software to collect and report measurements according to ISO

Alignment report – print out with measured values after the alignment
